Thank you for your care review. Sorry to hear that you feel that we do not meet with 5* rating. If you would like arrange a meeting with me in regards to the given area. We pride ourselves with the rooms, as all the rooms are sized very well and all have en-suites and profiling beds and set to very high standards. I am keen to establish what other areas you feel that we could improve on in this area so we could look at this. In regards to value for money, the fees that we charge look at the staffing level which are a key point in why so many family members want to have their relative come to Chirk Court.

As you are aware Chirk Court is very unique where the households only have 14 residents and with 3 staff on each household this is why we have actively looked at costing for the needs of the resident in our care. Both staff and management are very approachable and happy to give their time to discuss any queries we
The high quality of care offered, keeps our mum very safe and my brother and myself enjoy our visits and enjoy many happy times with our mum.
We can now focus on mum, giving her 100% attention, which ensures a lovely visit for mum and us. The facilities at Chirk Court are exceptional, which are enjoyed by the residents and visitors. It is a pleasure to visit Chirk Court and spend time with mum, in such a lovely environment.
The quality care offered to our Mum has removed worry for my brother and myself and helped our lives and health as well. A very big thank you to a wonderful team. We highly recommend Chirk Court.

On the odd occasion when external treatment has been required the staff organised everything, ensuring the appropriate treatment was available in good time.
Mum loves her main meal of the day because the food is excellent and fresh everyday.
All mum's clothes are washed and ironed to her high standards and her room is always clean and tidy.
I can't recommend Chirk Court enough.
