Review of

Plas Hafan

from Sue J (Daughter-in-law of Resident) published on 24 March 2023
Overall Experience  Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5

My mother-in-law has been a resident at Plas Hafan for nearly 3 years. I can only sing their praises. Having been a nurse for many years I can honestly say the level of care is outstanding. The home has a warm friendly atmosphere. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Covid restrictions were strictly adhered
to during the pandemic. My mother-in-law always looks well cared for and healthy. Clean clothing etc. She loves the food. Excellent facilities and activities are arranged for the residents. Trips out bingo etc access to a hairdresser and beautician is important for maintenance of self-esteem. My mother-in-law is enjoying her twilight years in a warm friendly environment. Thank you to every one of you.

I visited my friend today who is staying at Plas Gwilym following a fall. She said how wonderfully caring the staff are. She is being cared for so well, and the food is very good!

Review of

Plas Gwilym

from Malcolm H (Son of Resident) published on 18 October 2022
Overall Experience  Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5

My eighty-six-year-old mother was extremely unenthusiastic in relation to being taken into care. She protested to a great degree on her admittance, yet the staff was really understanding and went beyond to reassure her. Within a short period of time, she had settled and appeared to be very happy. Although
her stay was short due to respite, it's so evident to this day that she has so much appraisal towards all the staff members and the establishment in general. Excellent Service (A+)
