I visit my friend who lives in Charnley house, the home is always welcoming and clean, staff are always polite and offer drinks and snacks when I visit, I try to visit once a week, and I have never had any problems when I have visited, there is always something going off in the home with the activities,
I would recommend Charnley house to family and friends for their loved one it is a homely home.
