My partner suffers from Alzheimer's and has been a resident for over 4 years. The love, care, warmth, patience and compassion of the care and nursing staff during a very traumatic time for her deserves the highest praise and commendation. They have been and continue to be her angels and have gone beyond
the call of duty to engage and comfort her especially during some of her darkest moments.
Not forgetting the many other people that go to make up Burlington Court's army of caring staff, it takes special people to tend to the needs of the challenged and vulnerable and make them feel special.
Thank you all for being there.

My aunt was recently admitted to care at Burlington court. It is always daunting for a family when you have to place a resident in full time care. However, I would like to state all staff at this care facility have worked and continue to work hard looking after my aunt. On our recent visits she looked
well cared for. She looked happy and even told us at 90 she was loving her time in Burlington Court.
It can always be daunting as we are so far away that we do not know what to expect. The warmth and welcome from reception when we arrived went a long way to ease my mum's anxieties as she has not seen her sister in person for more than a year due to her limited ability to travel so far. Mum was reassured that her sister was in safe hands
It is not an easy task the staff have but they all appear to go above and beyond the call of duty to provide first class service to all the residents.  The staff work really hard caring and keeping the facility clean.

Visit was made to care home on Friday 14th of February 2025. I attended the home as a nurse assessor to complete a CHC assessment. Warm friendly welcome, skilled and professional carers activity team and nurses.
All relevant information required for the assessment was available and accessible.
Homely
atmosphere for both residents and family

The care provided to my mother has been absolutely first-class. The staff are conscientious and always helpful (e.g. providing a chair when I visit as I have a disability). Care needs are always met and the staff have our full confidence in dealing with any issues that arise, including where necessary,
liaising with other healthcare services such as doctors, paramedics and hospital.

Mum is always treated with utmost care and dignity. She has been there a few years now and I wouldn't want her cared for anywhere else. As her dementia has progressed, management and staff are quick to put new plans in action to keep her as safe as possible.

Fantastic friendly staff. Residents are well looked after and cared for to the maximum. The meals are made to every resident's taste with a good choice on the menu. The entertainment team always make a good effort to keep the residents amused. The home also has a lovely sized garden which I imagine
is well used in the summer months. Well done to all the staff for caring for my Dad feel most welcome.

The staff here are lovely and always have time for my mum. She was in two hospitals and another care home in Northampton where she ate the same food every day due to her dementia we thought that was it! Then she arrived at Burlington Court, where she was greeted with a smile (and still does every day).
The staff have gently encouraged her to try different foods, and amazingly, after 2.5 years, she has now started eating better foods - only a few things, but we are so pleased she is thanks to the staff who care for her. My dad is welcomed every day and given a cup of tea when he visits. Nothing is too much trouble, some of the staff sit with her for a chat, which we think is lovely, and she enjoys even though she doesn't always remember, they still go in and have a natter with her! Very, very important to us! Well done everybody, we really appreciate your time and care for our Mum. All staff top to bottom great team.

Lovely caring staff. Always cheerful and very kind to my mother, who can be difficult at times! The activities for the residents are good and the regular monthly church service is something my mother enjoys very much. The food is always varied and sandwiches etc are offered if the residents don't like
what is on the menu.

The experience of visiting my relative, towards the end of their life, was made bearable and pleasant because of the excellent care and attention they received. Without exception, all of the staff members I encountered during my visits demonstrated a friendly attitude, professionalism and commitment.
Thank you to them for caring for my relative with kindness, understanding and an approach that showed respectful and gentle regard for their dignity and humanity.

Having reviewed several residential accommodations to suit my mothers needs back in 2021, Burlington Court Care Home was the most suited. It has not disappointed since then with the level of care, support and dedication shown by the team being very impressive.
My mother now feels very settled and
'at home' here and is very happy in the environment provided.
