Overall Experience

Choosing care facilities for a loved one is a frightening experience. Parkfields from the start alleviates your fears. All of the care staff share one characteristic in common and that is they are all very kind. Whilst care is professional there is a very relaxed feeling about the care home. My mother

arrived 6 months ago, she took time to settle as I was worried but now I rest easy knowing she is safe, warm but above all happy. In the circumstances Parkfields have achieved everything in my family.

Overall Experience

Dad has now had several respite stays at Sutton Park Grange over the past few months, and what a wonderful place it is!
The decor and ambience are incredible, but the staff are even better. The menu is varied and tasty, there are plenty of things to get involved in daily if you wish, but with the rooms

as plush as they are, spending time catching up on your favorite TV in your room is also a good option.
Dad is very impressed with Sutton Park Grange, so we can't recommend it enough!

I visit a friend at Eastcote Park regularly, the team are welcoming and friendly. They take fantastic care of my friend and all the people who choose to make Eastcote Park their home. The food is of an exceptional standard and the activities are engaging and varied. The home really is a home from home,

Overall Experience

Most impressed with the home, more like an up market hotel than a residential home, but it was the staff that that I noticed most. They were to a person helpful, friendly and genuinely gave the impression they knew their job and enjoyed working there.
I have visited people in a number of homes over

the years and nothing comes close to this one. My Godfather feels safe, very well cared for and content, he is now a permanent resident, also your meals are something else. Well done.

Overall Experience

Dad was just in for a couple of weeks respite on the Ground floor. He settled in well assisted by the fact that he is already very familiar with everyone there as Mum is a permanent resident on the upper floor. The staff were all great as usual and made him feel very at home.

I have been here as a friend/companion of a resident. The attention and care I have witnessed is excellent. Being away from one's home could not be better replaced then at Sutton Park Grange. Attention to detail and quality of the surroundings is second to none. Staff at all levels are kind, approachable

and willing to help whenever needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sutton Park Grange to potential residents.

Overall Experience

Mom went into Sutton Park Grange for extended respite care after a spell in hospital. Her physical and mental health has greatly improved. She has enjoyed the variety of activities and trips out that the home offers as well as interacting with the carers and other residents. The home is exceptionally

clean and offers a wide choice of meals to suit all tastes. All of the staff are very helpful, kind and supportive of mom's needs. I never worry when I leave after a visit. It is a lovely home with well-cared for residents.

Overall Experience

I've found all the staff at Parkfield Grange really kind and caring. My friend, who resides here, always says how kind the staff are. The environment is warm and welcoming. Rooms are a very good size with excellent amenities. I've appreciated the fact that anyone can help themselves to drinks and cakes

etc. each day. Being here when there was a choral group singing was a real treat! Also, the care home's attention to the wishes of my friend when she is nearing her end of life and subsequently has been equally caring and kind.

Overall Experience

The rooms are clean, and modern and feel like a mini 5-star hotel. The carers are friendly and build up a nice rapport with Mum. The food is good and Mum likes going to the dining room. She has started doing the social events which is good for her happiness.

Overall Experience

Dad has previously stayed at Eastcote Park for respite stays, so there was no difficult decision to make when he needed respite after a spell in hospital. His personal recovery was very slow and I couldn't cope at home looking after him so I decided that Eastcote Park was the best place for him. He's

now a full time resident. The staff are all excellent, with caring, loving and sensitive natures, not only for dad but me as well. I'm so thankful I found you Eastcote and I've recommended you to several people in a similar situation to myself.

Overall Experience

My dad has been a resident for about 3 months now and wow, what a change in his well-being and confidence. He has come on leaps with everything. Being fed healthy good food is a prime factor in this, alongside the wealth of great care from the staff. This ranges from many of the departments, not just

the carers. Everyone is friendly and considerate and always has a smile on their face. Nothing is too much trouble to make my dad comfortable and his health is closely monitored. Parkfield Grange has far exceeded my expectations. The smile on my dad's face says it all. Thank you.

My dad initially went into Parkfield for respite care but circumstances have changed and he has decided he loves it so much he's staying! He is enjoying the sociability of it and has made many friends and the food is incredible. I know he is well looked after and cared for and that is a big weight off

When my friend first went into the home I was worried but to see her to happy and well looked after has really put my mind at rest. She is stimulated by the numerous activities, every effort is made to include all the residents where possible. Staff are friendly and inviting, always ready to help, offering
