They provide care and residence for people with dementia, mental health needs, alcohol and substance detox, rehabilitation services, reintegration care, nursing care, and home care including rapid response emergency care for people who need help at home quickly.

Residents at a Bloom Care home are supported to continue leading the lifestyle they choose to follow, regardless of their needs. With a dedicated lifestyle team in each home, there is a varied programme of social events, including daily activities and entertainment within the home, visits to theatres and exhibitions, and visits to local places of interest.

Residents at a Bloom Care home are provided with freshly cooked, nutritious meals and they are regularly consulted for their input in designing the menu and residents can get involved in the preparation of the meals if they wish.

The staff at Abbotsbury are kind and caring generally. They treat the residents with respect which is always good to see. The food is mostly home cooked which again is a positive aspect and the cakes are delicious, the chef not only makes good food but also has a great relationship with the residents,
taking the time to chat. I feel that maybe there could be more activities provided but on the whole I'm quite happy with mum's care.

I am confident that my mum gets the best care possible at Abbotsbury. I appreciate the care and support and know mum appreciates it too. Mum has recently had her hair done by the resident hairdresser and she is very happy with it. This makes a great deal of difference to mums mood.

What can I say about Acacia Court?
It is clean and the staff are amazing.
They are all very attentive, and polite and nothing was too much for them.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone or bring anyone of my family into Acacia.

I think everything was lovely at Christmas, everyone enjoyed themselves. They all received a present and had their Christmas dinner together. How nice it was for the staff to come in and give their Christmas day to look after people, what a lovely atmosphere it was.

Wow, just wow! Arkwright House is a truly wonderful care home with the most amazing staff. My dear mother is a vulnerable 85-year-old with dementia and from the moment we entered the building and were greeted by happy smiling faces, I knew I had made the right choice. The accommodation is exceptionally
clean, tidy and welcoming. I know it's early days, but I feel confident that Mum will make this adjustment with ease, supported by the most caring, dedicated and supportive staff I could have wished for. I wanted to name some individuals for praise but there are so many that I could mention that I'll just say a big thank you to all of them for making what could've been a challenging time, straightforward and easy. I am so grateful to you all. This is truly a 5-star establishment and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone needing a place for their loved ones. In fact, I'm so impressed with the whole package that I am going to try my hardest to bring my Dad over too!
My mum had an accident (toilet) the staff were brilliant - Mum was worried and asked 'who dropped all this water' one staff member said 'don't worry it was me' this was a lovely anecdote - one of many.

Mum has been in here for a few months now and I cannot fault the care she has been given and the staff who work here.
She was fed extremely well, her hygiene was looked after and her dignity was kept at all times.
