We are sorry to hear of the concerns you have regarding the food, thank you for bringing them to our attention. We have a weekly meeting with the kitchen staff and will ensure that these issues are raised and addressed. Please be reassured that any complaint or concern you have will always be dealt with in a timely manner and passed on to the relevant people, and we have a comments box by the front door in case you are unable to speak with a staff member at the time of your visit.
