Review of

Bishops Lodge

from Mark P (Resident) published on 11 November 2020
Overall Experience  Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5

Staff are friendly and also helpful, we have the best manager as well.
Bedrooms are superb, we do lots of great things and the food and drinks are amazing.
They also keep us safe from Covid 19.

Reply from Julie Sinden, Home Manager at Bishops Lodge

That’s a lovely review. Myself and the team work hard to ensure that all needs of the clients are met.

Review of

The Vines Neuro-Rehabilitation Centre

from Joan A (Wife of Resident) published on 4 January 2017
Overall Experience  Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5

My husband has been in The Vines Neuro-Rehabilitation Centre for nearly 20 years so that in itself shows that I have always been more than happy with the care he receives. Over this period, the staff have always done their best for him, both in his physical and mental care. I would not want him to ever
leave The Vines as after I visit him I can come away knowing that all his needs are taken care of and all the staff know him very well.
