I find the general appearance and comfort of this care home much improved since refurbishment over the last year or two. The staff are kind and attentive to the residents, especially to my daughter who is very severely handicapped and has special needs. Previously there was a weakness with admin and
vital paperwork, I understand with recent staff changes this has been amended.
