It was positive from the moment you called to enquire about Gran coming into our care. Gran has settled well into The Old Rectory and makes us all smile daily. It was heart-warming to see a family so close and committed to being with their father until the end. Caring for Mum was a joy, and we understood the urgency of her needing to return home. She also worked diligently on her recovery, which made it a true delight to assist her. Our staff take great pride in providing the best possible care, and we have some excellent team members here. Personal care is provided daily, and our records confirm this is consistently upheld. Regarding her shoes, we promptly identified the need for replacement and called your sister on 6 December to advise. The issue was resolved very quickly thereafter. Following your feedback, we have asked our maintenance team to review the carpet in her room to ensure it remains safe. The fall you mentioned occurred six years ago in the garden and, while unfortunate, was an accidental incident that we addressed at the time. Our records indicate that it left no ongoing issues or concerning scars. We greatly value the relationship we have with your family and encourage you to contact us directly to discuss this further. Your input helps us continue to provide the high-quality care we are committed to.
