However, we're truly sorry that the standard of food has not met your expectations. The quality of our meals is a priority, and we regret that this has been an ongoing concern. We are actively working to address staff turnover in the kitchen and improve the standard of dining. Running out of basic items like peas is unacceptable and we understand your frustration with the lack of nutritious options and fresh fruit. These issues will be taken up with the kitchen team and suppliers.
