Thank you for your feedback. I completely agree with you, our carers are fantastic. In terms of volume, we use an industry standard dependency tool to build our rotas. We have comprehensive recruitment and training programs in place which leads to the capable, engaged team we have. I do hope you and your resident are happy in Cherry Blossom for many years.

It means a great deal to read that you felt the loving support of the whole CB team. They are very well led by a compassionate Manager and they all have that same wonderful trait. It is why it's such a lovely place to be. The model of service and care provided by nursing homes can only be truly fully successful when they are supported in the care of the Resident by the family members and friends of the Resident.
