Obviously, it is not appropriate for us to give any more detail about that in a public forum. However, if you remain unsure of the latest situation regarding the dermatology referral or the care that is in place pending the appointment, please feel free to discuss this with the registered nurses or service manager when visiting next or by calling. We do understand your concern and want to reassure you that we always liaise closely with various external professionals, for all residents' benefit. Please let us know if there is anything further we can do to improve those areas where you have scored the home as less than five stars. We really value your support for the home, as your wife is very much part of the Brynmawr Care Village community after nine years with us!
