However, I am saddened to read your recollection of events, which does not match my own, and has come as a surprise particularly given the thanks you expressed at the end of your mother's time with us. I am very happy to meet with you to go through your mother's needs and the care we gave, if that would assist. I would certainly appreciate the opportunity to understand why our recollections differ so significantly, in case there are lessons we can learn.
