St Marys Chanterlands is a home that opened less than a year ago and as such benefits from the best and state of the art facilities found within care settings Your points are in direct opposition to over 15, 5 Star reviews published recently so will be reviewed in detail. We apologise that you find that the service provided failed to live up to your expectations and understand that the issues surrounding the medication was something not directly within our control. Again I understand that this has been communicated to you.
