Overall Experience

Very good respite stay. Only complaint it was noisy at night, sounds of furniture being moved in floor above. Night carers talking loudly to each other and doors slamming.

Overall Experience

In the four months that my mother has lived at Orchard Manor she has become far more sociable. Physically she has improved greatly with daily chair yoga and walking. There is plenty to keep her occupied. She engages well with staff and fellow residents.
She enjoyed a lovely Christmas and has a new

found confidence in many aspects.

Overall Experience

I am always delighted to visit Orchard Manor Care Home as I am immediately made to feel welcome. I know that the care that is offered to my mother is of a high quality and I see the lovely relationships that have developed with the many staff there. I love joining in with the activities that are available

and know that my mother takes part on a regular basis through the pictures that I see on the social media page. The care home is always lovely and clean and there is a genuinely fun atmosphere. I would highly recommend this care home.

Overall Experience

My husband came into the care home with dementia in 8 months ago. He and I have both been treated with the upmost respect and the staff are amazing. They all understand the quirks of my husband and encourage him to join in the numerous activities but leave him in peace if that what he wants that day.

The food is amazing as I have sampled many a time, including Christmas and New Years Eve dinner. As a partner, I am allowed to come and go as much as I like, which makes me feel special. The staff helped me get through the difficult time of putting my husband in care in the first place, phoning me every day when I was an emotional wreck. I can not thank them enough!

Overall Experience

My mother joined the Orchard Manor family last March. She has and continues to be beautifully cared for. The delightful staff are aware of individual needs and likes. Each member of staff whether from the care, housekeeping, catering team etc constantly maintain an extremely high standard.
Family

and friends are included in all celebrations. All the Christmas events were amazing.
My mother continually tells me she could not be in a better place and I totally agree.

Overall Experience

My father has been at Orchard Manor for 11 months, he is very happy there. The facilities in the rooms are excellent and the rooms are nice and airy. The bathroom is fully ensuite with a walk in shower. The lounges are warm and inviting and the staff arrange a number of different activities each day,

everything from balloon tennis to cookie making to a harpist coming in. They have a very wide range of activities arranged by the dedicated activities team and if I happen to be there when an activity is on I am welcome to join in.

Overall Experience

I have visited a few times and each time the staff are polite and professional. The home is clean and kept to a high standard. They have a good range of activities and they invited me to join in with chair yoga with my friend, which was lovely and welcoming. I don't know much about the food or value

for money.

Very nice home. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Suffering a bit because not all rooms are occupied yet. This was our second visit and the standard is still ok.

Overall Experience

My husband has been a 'guest' at Orchard Manor for three months now. He considers it to be a hotel - a five-star one at that! From the start of his stay we have been made to feel very welcome and at 'home'. All the staff from management to carers are caring and helpful. The house is beautifully designed,

modern and clean. It is surrounded by lovely gardens. Daily activities are varied, fun and led by enthusiastic staff. I am very grateful that I am also 'cared' for by the staff and look forward to spending time at Orchard Manor.

From the moment i walked into the care home I felt comfortable. The staff were amazing and engaged with everyone from clients to relatives. Everyone seemed very happy. It was a lovely environment and a joy to be there. I was with a friend and had to express our findings to the staff. I've been in many

Visited a friend at Orchard Manor in Windlsham and must say the staff were very nice and attentive to the residents and their visitors. The actual building was fabulous, the rooms are lovely. And the activities provided are really good.

I visited my aged friend in the care home and I was really impressed by everything I got to experience there.
The facility is super clean, nice and homely. I loved how the reception there felt. I have attended some of the events there which were very satisfying and very enjoyable. I would highly recommend

Although I wasn't present during my husband's stay with you at Orchard Manor I was kept informed by family of how appropriate they found the care and attention he received. All reports were extremely good, and I would not hesitate to request a further respite stay for him in the future.

Overall Experience

I came on Saturday 8th June to visit a lady whom I have known for 25 years. I was very impressed that it was so beautiful, the decor, furniture, and table settings were a surprise. I would highly recommend it. The gardens are beautiful.

Having never been in a care home before I was not sure what to expect but I was really pleased with what I found and the experience I have experienced. Pleasant, kind staff. Helpful and caring. Overall Experience

A beautiful care home with exceptional staff. All the staff are friendly and so caring to the residents. They get to know the names of frequent visitors making you feel welcome and part of the family.
Nothing is too much trouble for the guests or for visitors coming to see the residents. A fantastic

home that I highly recommend as it's given our family peace of mind that our parents/grandparents are well cared for and safe.

Overall Experience

Moving my mum here has been an overwhelmingly positive experience. The efforts of all the staff have been the best part, nothing is too much trouble. I was worried about whether she'd settle but it has been a smooth transition and she is happy, safe and well cared for.
