Overall Experience

Grandad had been at Magna Care for 18 months, and the staff have been nothing but welcoming, professional and respectful. Thank you for kindness, Compassion and empathy you gave grandad in the last fou weeks of his life. You have all been nothing less than amazing! Thankyou

Overall Experience

I didn't get down to see mum in law as often as I would have liked-it was complicated, but when I did get down always found her happy, clean and laughing/chatting with the staff. She always looked healthy and well cared for. She sometimes had an issue with the food, BUT she always did have, even when

she cooked it. A lovely home., very clean and tidy, never an aroma which sometimes you do get (which i understand) the staff are amazing and very good with the residents. Activities were fantastic. Not a bad word to say, thank you.

Overall Experience

After a traumatic period Dad moved from a care home in Essex to be closer to my family in June 2023. He was anxious and upset on arrival due to issues in his personal life.
On arrival he was greeted by a team of kind, caring people who made him feel welcome.
His room was very clean & homely with comfortable

furnishings, dad was always well presented too. He also enjoyed being able to sit in a beautiful courtyard outside his room when the weather was nice. Dad loved being outside on sunny, warm days.
A very important factor for my dad was, a cup of tea, just how he liked it and a variety of good, well cooked food. He made every effort to get to the dining room on time and would regularly tell us it was time to go.
We as a family are comforted to know that the final year and a half of dad's life were happy and that is with special thanks to the manager and her team, every one of them. We would whole heartedly recommend The Magna Care Centre to anyone looking for care for their loved one.

Everyone is so welcoming, my wife was only at magna for a short time, but I couldn't have asked for a better home. I will be forever greatful for all the love and support we were both given. All the staff go above and beyond.

Amazing care staff and management
My nan has been settled and feels completely at home and comfortable in actual fact happiest I've seen her.
To add she was 101 on the weekend and they made such an amazing effort we are so very grateful.
Nothing is too much and I highly recommend Magna care home.
The

manager is an asset to Aria care and this home deserves 10/10
I also worked in the care industry and still work as a medical lead so you can imagine I would naturally look for any faults but there are none and this is reassuring for the whole family.

Overall Experience

My mum was a resident for 14 weeks following the death of my father. During this time, I saw her transform from a desperately lonely widow to someone who started to live again, enjoying good food, company and laughter. The staff were always so friendly and fun, and she had begun to make wonderful new

friendships with both them and the other residents. The daily activities were well through out, my mum loved joining in, and I loved seeing the wonderful photo updates from the activities coordinator. My mum had a wonderful bedroom which was warm, bright and fresh and she herself was always clean and well dressed. I loved going to visit my mum at Magna and was made to feel so welcome and part of the Magna family. I cannot recommend Magna Care Centre highly enough. I will be forever grateful for the love and care they provided my mum in her last moments on this earth.

My friend has been in this home for a few years, it is the most loving home I have been too, she is so well looked after and everyone is so welcoming. Nothing is ever to much to ask. And the food is amazing.

The home provided supportive and sensitive care, this was an end-of-life experience and all aspects were dealt with with dignity.
In particual the care manager demonstrated empathy and took the time to explain the process and support available.

Excellent care home. Staff bend over backwards to help you. Very friendly environment.Excellent food. Some staff say they have worked here for many years which proved to us it is a very good/excellent care home.

Overall Experience

My dad arrived at the care home in November 2024, from the moment he arrived, the help and service he received was exceptional. The staff from Magna Care Home were always very friendly and helpful. The home is beautifully kept and there are plenty of activities, if that's what you want to do. I would

recommend this care home.

Overall Experience

From the first time we visited my mum we knew this was the right place for her.
The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. We noticed a difference in mum
straight away she was much happier and liked the food as well which is some feat.
The staff always had time for a chat and a laugh. I can't praise

My friends have been here for a few months. We as neighbours/friends find all the staff are always friendly and always willing to help. We always find the home very clean, with no bad smells. Thank you all for what you do.

Overall Experience

My cousin was a resident in Magna Care for two months and we were so impressed by the care he received. He was bedbound and so not able to avail himself of many activities on the lovely grounds. The staff were kind and attentive and always made time for us.

Overall Experience

The welcome we received when we first arrived was amazing and very reassuring as we were a little anxious not knowing what to expect. No problems with the complex tablets my husband takes. He was made comfortable and at ease as he was rather anxious moving in permanently. The staff have all been marvellous

and if anything crops up unexpectedly, they immediately solve the problem.

I cannot praise Magna Care Centre enough. My sister-in-law and brother-in-law shared a room until they passed away, one on the 17th of July, and the other 19 days later. The care and compassion shown by all the staff are exemplary. They treated our loved ones with great respect and looked after their

every need during their time there. I can highly recommend this wonderful home as well as the team who make it so!

Overall Experience

I cannot fault the care and attention Magna Care Centre give to residents and their families. It is an incredibly warm and friendly home a real gem. My Aunt and I spent a very relaxing and enjoyable lunch with my 97-year-old mother on her Birthday. The food was excellent.
I am totally reassured that

my mother is given the very best care and attention.
