I have visited my next of kin relative on many occasions. Always, she is well dressed, cheery and seems to be content. The staff are all really caring and kind, I can't fault this care home at all. We feel so lucky to have a loved one here.

I was a little unsure what to expect when Mam moved to Merlin Manor but I have to say she is so happy and well cared for. She stays in her room a lot and it is so cosy with lots of her own belongings around her. It is very clean and bright and the staff are very good and make sure she has everything
she needs.

My mam is very well cared for, the staff are kind and welcoming, they know what my mam likes and dislikes and they spend time with her chatting and signing.
There is always a member of staff (carers, nurse domestic or members of the kitchen staff) who will say hello to her and hold her hand. Thank

My mum has now been in this care home for 7 months and I am so happy she has settled in really well now. The care she is receiving is really good, and all the carers and nursing staff are so good with her. If we have any problems the management are always there to help. The only concern is maybe the
food choice menu which could be improved.

Both of my grandmothers have lived here at Parkville, one who unfortunately passed away here in 2008. I am very happy with the care my grandma is receiving, she has settled in really well and the care team and management are always there and happy to help.

My mother-in-law has been here for 7 months and I am very pleased with the way she has been looked after. The care is good, the place is clean and the staff and management are very friendly. The only thing that could be better is the food that is provided.

My mum has recently moved to Parkville. After losing a lot of faith in care settings due to a previous very bad experience I'm blown away. After just a short time already Parkville has given me my mum back. Parkville has ticked every box, the staff are incredibly attentive and treat my mum with the
utmost respect and care, going above and beyond to ensure her comfort and happiness, there is a whole home approach from all levels of staff. Person centred care is practiced which is making every day feel meaningful. The home itself is very clean and gives me a very welcoming, supporting family environment. The choice of meals is fantastic. I feel completely at ease knowing my mum is in a safe, supporting environment. The management team are always approachable and open to feedback. I cannot write a review which exemplifies the dedication and pure resilience of the management team at Merlin Manor that have fought for my mam for over a month to receive the care she needs. I could never thank them enough for everything they have done, not only for her but the emotional support and
excellent communication they have demonstrated to me and my family. Thank you also to the love, care and dedication of staff - don't know if I can name names but they know who they are. I recently visited Yew Tree Care Home and my experience was incredibly positive. From arriving to drop my nanna off, I felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff here are exceptional. Each staff member I encountered was not only professional but also lovely. I would like the senior care assistant
to be recognised for how excellent she was. She took the time to get to know my nanna and her individual needs, making her feel valued and respected. It was heartwarming to witness how comfortable she made my nanna feel. For anyone looking for a care home for themselves or a loved one, Yew Tree Care Home stands out as a nurturing and supportive environment. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place where care, community, and compassion come together seamlessly.

I visted a family friend and the atmosphere was amazing. The staff were all in good spirits which echoes through the home.
The home is immaculate and has a high standard, management welcoming and the door is always open. The residents all seem happy and are very well-kept. My visit was very pleasant

We are very fortunate that my brother-in-law has been found a place in Yewtree Grange. My first visit, October this year, I was very impressed with the room, the facilities and the staff. All my questions were answered fully and nothing seemed too much trouble. Easy parking, a safe environment, clean
and light which is really good for all residents. The level of care and the respect shown to residents and visitors is excellent. My brother-in-law enjoys his food and we're told he eats well! I look forward to my next visit. I'm not from the area so rely on communication with the staff via phone or email. This is always good.

The home has opened recently and has very clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. The carers are fantastic and work very hard to ensure the residents are being well looked after. The level of care is outstanding and would highly recommend Yew Tree Grange.

My mother was treated with warmth and respect by all the staff. Any medical needs or health issues were dealt with promptly and professionally. All the rooms were kept clean. She was a fussy eater but always complimentary about the meals and snacks in this care home. Staff quickly learned how she preferred
her tea and coffee. The staff were friendly to us and answered any questions fully. My mother was there for six months. During her final days, she was accompanied around the clock and I was phoned whenever there was a change in her condition.
We did not select this home, she was sent there by the hospital, but we think she was very lucky. There were sufficient staff with sufficient time to care for the residents. The staff were also very kind to me, especially towards the end.

Mam was admitted as an emergency rehab placement and is now a permanent resident. She has settled in really well, is happy, content and well cared for by the staff at Merlin Manor who are all very caring, professional and polite. Mum's room is always clean and tidy. She loves to join in the activities
