Wisteria House is an incredibly warm, inviting and homely place to visit. The are shown and treated with care and respect from staff. Meals are a good social time for the residents and the food being cooked always smells delicious.

I visited my friend, in the home. I found all the staff to be polite friendly warm and welcoming, each staff member knew my friend. They showed kindness and compassion. The home has a complete personal-centred approach. I would highly recommend.

My son is a resident at Cypress House. He has complex medical needs and learning difficulties. From our initial visit, through the whole transition process, to moving in, the experience has been nothing but positive. The staff are so supportive and welcoming, the care and attention to detail is outstanding
and my son has settled into his new home extremely quickly. The staff are enthusiastic, energetic and keep my son active, happy and safe. The home has a lovely, warm atmosphere, lovely modern furnishings and a huge rear garden. Would highly recommend!

They have a very friendly staff who looked after our family friend. Nothing was too much trouble. The room is always kept nice, clean and homely. The meals are varied and superb. Lots of activities to take part in. No one needs to feel lonely. We were able to visit at any time.

After six years in the Laurels, we are very happy with all aspects of our daughter's care. The Laurels has always been home from home for us and even through the lockdown, the staff worked hard to keep our family safe and in contact with us via facetime etc. Good to be back with the family.

My son has severe complex needs, and we have been waiting for several years for a place in a suitable, loving care home for him.
I am a very fussy Mum and wanted somewhere for him that paid attention to detail, a clean and well cared for home environment, a lovely atmosphere amongst staff, lots of
activities for my son, medical expertise to care for his needs and most importantly somewhere he could thrive and be happy.
I found all of this and more at The Laurels, and has settled remarkably well and loves his new home already.

My son developed medical problems in September, which were beyond medical help, and he needed end of life care. The staff at The Laurels asked to provide this. The next 3 weeks were very hard, but the love and care provided by everybody, not only for my son but for me as well, was above and beyond anything
I could have dreamt of. The attention to detail, his comfort and welfare and dignity were beyond approach. Even his care after he passed, before the undertaker, was so compassionate. His time at The Laurels was the best I could have wished for.
