Bricklehampton Hall Nursing Home

from Susan K (Daughter of Resident) published on 9 April 2025

My mother was admitted to Bricklehampton Hall at the start of the pandemic after Pershore Hospital closed. Although we were separated due to lockdown, I was thankful for the stringent procedures to prevent patients and staff from getting Covid-19.
My mother enjoyed the home cooked food, and her birthdays
were always celebrated with lots of treats. The activities staff were a great support.
The standard of nursing care was exceptional, especially after a series of strokes. Nursing staff always kept us informed and took exceptional care 24/7. The end of life care was very supportive and peaceful.
I have frequently recommended Bricklehampton Hall to local people, and we all agree it is simply the best place to be. The views and gardens are also a real asset. Thank you to all the staff who took such dedicated care of my dear Mum, you are much appreciated.

It's a shame my husband isn't able to join any activities perhaps hopefully when he settled he may decide to join.
He is a little introvert so he's very much a 'leave me alone' person.
I would like to maybe push him outside when we have some decent weather may be later.

My aunt has Alzheimer's but is always treated with kindness and respect by the staff. They allow her time to find her bearings and work out where she is and where she wants to go.
She enjoys the activities and is given support so she can go outside. She likes being at the Hall and feels safe and supported.
We are very happy to have found such a lovely place.

The Lindens Residential Care Home

from Andrew B (Son of Resident) published on 31 January 2025
Overall Experience  Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5

My mum has been a resident at The Lindens for almost 10 years now. She has dementia. Moving into a care home is stressful for an older person and Mum went through a period of adjustment, but it was amazing how much her health improved once she was being cared for properly. She has always been happy
at The Lindens and it is a great comfort to me to know she is so well cared for.
I've been extremely impressed by the staff and management of The Lindens. Staff turnover seems to me to be extremely low, which says a lot about the quality of management and means that the care is personal and consistent.

from Warwick T (Son of Resident) published on 31 January 2025
Overall Experience  Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5

Dad has been a resident at The Lindens for 12 months and we could not have chosen better.
Staff - the owners, managers, receptionists, carers, chefs, cleaners, gardeners, maintenance team, and everyone else - they all show immense passion and pride in their work, and have been very helpful and a pleasure
to deal with.
Accommodation - the main house, restaurant, lounge, coffee room, bedrooms, grounds, and flower beds are of high quality and are kept in extremely good order.
Restaurant - only wish I could dine there every day!
Carers - we all understand this is a very demanding role and we have been very impressed with the high level of care, empathy, and understanding that all the carers have shown both to my Dad and other residents that we have seen on many visits.
Activities - the team has endless amounts of energy in finding positive activities for the residents to undertake both at The Lindens and externally on day trips.
Well done to the manager and her team; keep up the great work.

The Lindens Residential Care Home

from Nigel M (Son of Resident) published on 30 January 2025
Overall Experience  Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5

Our 88-year-old Dad moved into the Lindens in November 2024 after living at home with a 24/7 carer following a serious illness. The Lindens has been nothing short of a revelation for him! Run by the ever-approachable the manager and her amazing team, they are caring and friendly to a level that genuinely
makes Dad feel like he's at home. Prior to the Lindens, Dad had stopped reading and watching TV - indeed, he had almost stopped engaging with people. Now he has made friends and joins in the daily activities that the team arrange, including trips out. The Lindens are also exceptional at managing Dad's ongoing health needs, with weekly GP visits addressing any issues before we even know of them. The speed and consistency of response from the Lindens team makes them very easy to deal with. Add all of that to the lovely building and grounds and you can see why one of Dad's visitors is hoping to make her own arrangements to enter the Lindens. You can't give a better recommendation than that!

Reply from Dessy Ivanova, Manager at The Lindens Residential Care Home

Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful words! It really warms our hearts to hear how much your dad has blossomed since moving to the Lindens. We're thrilled that he feels at home and is able to engage in activities, make new friends, and receive the best care possible. It's always wonderful to hear that our efforts have had such a positive impact on someone's life. Thank you very much again.
