There is always a good atmosphere on my grandad's floor. The staff are always welcoming and great with my grandad. Grandad always looks clean and happy when I visit him which means a lot to me, the past few years have been hard when it comes down to my grandad's diagnosis but with the staff here looking
after him, I can now relax and sleep at night. Thank you to all the staff who are looking after him.

Dad moved to The Mews in September 2024 as he needed nursing care. Staff have taken excellent care of him and we have been made to feel very welcome at all times.
His care is completely tailored to him and his needs are met above and beyond, they anticipate when he needs anything, Dad is unable to
converse due to his dementia and can be difficult so this makes us confident that he is happy.
He is currently very unwell and staff have kept us fully informed of his wellbeing when we visit. Always offered refreshments during our visits.
The care home is quiet and warm, the atmosphere has certainly helped calm Dad in his worst moments. Thank you so much, you are wonderful.

Staff are always pleasant polite knowledgable and helpful. My sister-in-law tells us the same and often tells us how satisfied she is with her room and all the staff she has contact with. My wife and I are very satisfied with our choice of Care Home and in the 18 months our relative has been a resident,
we have had no issues or problems.

I have found everything is lovely, very courteous staff towards all residents, the home itself is very clean and warm, comfortable. My brother is happy with the food and selection here. When walking round the home, I hear the staff being pleasant and helpful towards those that can't get out of the rooms.

Excellent Care Home, Mam is very settled and the care she is receiving is always excellent. She has been in the home since Easter 2024. The staff are really friendly and helpful at all times and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Excellent! The staff are excellent, they take care of all of my needs. They are very friendly and helpful and I am glad I live here.
All of the facilities are good. I enjoy being in the lounge and mixing with other residents. The home frequently bring in singers and I like to see the therapy dog each
week.

My friend moved into Primrose House 13 months ago and has settled in ok. The staff have been great with him, but they do seem to have a regular turnover of staff (carers), which is hard for my friend to understand and get used to. The home itself is showing signs of age, the lift broke down and was
out of order for 3/4 weeks, he needs a wheelchair so was stuck on the third floor and couldn't get out, there were issues with the toilet/shower door which rendered the toilet/shower unusable for a number of days. His room does have great views and is kept clean, he spends all of his time in his room, as he is not very sociable, and the staff check on him regularly and keep him topped up with tea or coffee with biscuits. My friend does have issues at meal times, mainly due to his dental issues, and often sends his food back. Maybe diet requirements could be looked into.

My mother has been here for six years and feels at home and comfortable with the surroundings and the staff. She enjoys the activities the home provides and likes a good singalong when they have guest singers in. Staff have always been helpful to Mam and enable her to keep her dignity. I feel safe in
the knowledge that she is being well looked after by the staff.

Very happy with the care my mum is receiving. All the care staff are very friendly and polite. The care home is always clean and tidy. We moved my mum from another care home in the area and it was the best thing we done. My mum is cared for with the uppermost dignity and respect.

Every member of staff and management are so kind and carrying always their and very helpful with any enquiries we have. If there is anything my father wants or needs, they will not hesitate to resolve it very quickly and it's no bother to them. The respect they show residents and families is second
to none. My dad has complex needs. When he's not well, usually ending up in hospital on occasions not breathing, but made it back to us, the staff sat with him nearly 2 hours waiting for an ambulance, trying to keep him awake. They were so good when he's unwell, they check him all the time. All staff check on him even if they're just passing. There is lots going on in the home, activities, bingo, flower arranging to name just a couple. They're encouraged to join in but if they don't want to that's not a problem. I wouldn't hesitate but to recommend Croft Dene, they're the best. One big happy family, love it. My dad is so so happy at Croft Dene but had to fight social services to let him stay.
