The warmth and depth of care of Cayton View Care Home can be felt from the moment you arrive. Transitioning a family member into a care home is extremely hard and Cayton View supports you every step of the way. The team at the home are incredible: caring, kind, and guiding all through the process of
settling in a loved one. The rooms are bright and airy, and beautifully furnished, the home is full of interesting decor and the menu looks delicious. My mother is settling in well.

My Mum moved into The Mayfield in Aug 2024. To leave her home and move into care home accommodation is very daunting but all the staff have gone out of their way to make The Mayfield her new 'home'. She loves the staff and whenever I visit she and they are laughing - she's made genuine friends and is
safe and secure. I'd recommend The Mayfield to my friends -
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Thank you.

The welcome by the staff was warm and friendly. My sister seems to be settling in well. The carers were friendly and smiles everywhere. Thank you. If Cayton View Care Home continues as it has started, it is a haven of reassurance and comfort.

My son has been in respite here for 1 week (he has another week still to go). I have been so very, very impressed with every aspect of the home and his care. Full marks to everyone and thank you for the support you have given to my daughters and me. I feel very lucky to have found this wonderful care

My mum has settled in the home now. She is eating well and there are plenty of things to hold her interest. It is a shame that to date two hearing aids have gone missing.

This was my first experience in The Mayfield, was staying for 2 weeks respite care after hospital. I was very pleased with everything I found there. I was particularly pleased with the helpfulness of the staff and the delicious food served.

Mum has recently moved to The Mayfield and received a very warm welcome from both staff and fellow residents. The facilities are excellent and the staff are kind, considerate and caring. This was a wonderful post-operation respite time. The care, attention and service was amazing. I cannot think that I could have been better cared for, and service given. The food was excellent. The staff were very friendly and supportive.

All aspects of my husband's care whilst in The Mayfield have been exceptional. Support for me has been amazing, I can stay with him as long as I like, which I am truly grateful for.
