We know that elements of care fell below the standard that our residents and relatives should expect and that we are committed to achieving. It was always our absolute pleasure to look after Mum. On behalf of all my staff, I would like to thank you and your family for being very supportive and understanding of Mum's dementia. Thank you for your feedback. There is a weekly activities planner on each floor (next to the Lift) This year’s December planner is already in the post and your family will receive this shortly. During your next visits, please request the nurse in charge to discuss updates on dad's wellbeing and how he has been.
Being of full occupancy we must admit that our telephone rings constantly and sometimes you may experience delays in being answered. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
