Care is the 5-star element of Wisteria House. The staff are wonderful and show such kindness and empathy to the residents. The house is bright, warm and beautifully furnished and the bathrooms are modern and spotless. A beautiful home. I can not fault Wisteria for its dedication to delivering quality
of life to its residents.

Wisteria House is truly exceptional. A small home, it has a lovely family feel and the staff have a good understanding of dementia and provide a gold standard of care. They are very skilled whilst showing warmth, affection, and humour. My mum's face always lights up when her carers approach her and
that tells me everything. It gives us such confidence and peace of mind. Highly recommended!

The whole building is used by the residents as their own home. There is nothing regimental, they can do anything they wish to do - watch TV, cups of tea in their room, and activities are plentiful, entertainment. The staff are all well-organised and nothing is too much trouble - all in all 5 stars!

Fantastic Care Home so caring to both residents and their families. My family member has thrived since being here. Previously he was A02 and is now able with a stick - this is due to the amazing staff who show such care, compassion and support to their residents within their care. It is such a warm
environment and feels like one big family. Thank you for everything you do.

Wisteria House has been a godsend. They are great with him, he is well-fed, always clean and is loved there. When I take him back after a day out I don't cry when I leave him as I know he is looked after. He has made great steps there. How anyone who can leave people in another particular care setting
should be ashamed of themselves. Thank god he is now in Wisteria House, we are so lucky and thankful. I see him and take him out every other day, he's more than a friend more like a father to me.

We have found Wisteria House (Woolwell) Dementia Care to be a loving, caring home for all its residents. It is everything a care home should be. The staff are a dedicated, friendly team and cares deeply for its residents. They offer lots of activities and have various people coming in to entertain the
residents. The accommodation is excellent. The grounds are kept immaculate. Meals are varied and nutritious. Alternatives are available if a resident doesn't want the main choices. The standard of cleanliness is excellent. All homes should be at this standard. So, it's a big thank you to all the staff and managers for making my sister and the other residents stay as homely as possible.

Wisteria House (Woolwell) Dementia Care has been a breath of fresh air, having had to place my mother in two other care homes first. The home does have excellent activities but my mother is bedbound in her room and not able to take part. The staff have tried to engage her more (lights, music, very large
PC screen). We do wish the home could provide more information on the residents' actions, behaviours etc. But they are very quick to inform us of any critical change. I thank the staff and the homeowner wholeheartedly.

I have been visiting a long-term friend who has been here for a couple of months and can't help but admire the care and attention given to the residents, nothing seems too much trouble. I have never visited a residential home with the cleanliness of Wisteria House. The nice thing that struck me on my
first visit is the fresh homely smell. The residents all seem very happy here. Ten out of ten to everyone!

Since arriving I have been treated wonderfully. The staff are all very helpful, cheerful and caring. The facilities are very good and comfortable. I have had no problem with the cleanliness, it's always clean with plenty of clean towels etc. As for the food - excellent I cannot complain as I've enjoyed
all the meals and if there was anything I didn't like, live Liveer I was soon offered other options. I will recommend this place. The staff are so patient and helpful.

Although my mum was only at Wisteria House for a few months, that was enough to see the care and dedication shown by all members of staff in all aspects of the home. Mum was treated with the utmost care, dignity and respect but the support was not only for Mum but also for myself. That will always mean
so much to me as this allowed me to be my mum's daughter not just her carer. Thank you so much to all the Wisteria House family.

The home is well-decorated, warm and clean. Staff are excellent, approachable and always assist. Communication is very good with the family of residents and I am constantly updated by the staff if there is an issue. Always made to feel welcome and I can see that staff and residents have a very good
rapport.

I have from first arriving at this home felt comfortable safe and secure. All the staff are approachable, caring and friendly, I have noticed how very caring the staff are towards the residents. Wisteria House is well presented, extremely clean, the food presented is very appetising. When my wife first
arrived at the home I was concerned if she would settle, my wife regularly informs me she is living in a wonderful hotel where everyone is kind and caring, she has all her womanly needs attended to, hair, nails and clothes washed. She also enjoys the therapy sessions, visiting different external pubs, garden centres etc. The management and staff ensure the residents participate where they can to give maximum fulfilment.

Wisteria care home is a vibrant and clean environment for our mum to reside in. The staff are always smiling and having a laugh with the residents. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they are always asking if anything is needed. The stimulation mum is receiving is brilliant with different
activities each day. We
couldn't wish for her to be in a better environment. Well done Wisteria!

From the very first day, the staff could not have been better in making Mum feel safe, looking after her care and needs. The activities they do are awesome! It has been lovely after Covid to get to see the staff working together to make sure the residents feel happy and relaxed. I feel so happy that
Mum is there and wouldn't put her anywhere else.

It is an extremely hard decision putting your Mum into a home. So finding one that was going to be the next "perfect" home for Mum seemed like it was going to be an impossible task. Until we found Wisteria! Wow, I am blown away by everything about it. The accommodation is outstanding; I feel like I
am visiting my mum in her home, rather than visiting her in an old people's home. It is homely and spotlessly clean, but above all, the staff are all incredible. There are not enough words to describe how amazing they all are.

Mum has stayed twice for respite and stats for several hours one day a week. I would not want her to stay anywhere else. The staff are so kind and dedicated, often having fun and themed events for the residents. I am so thankful for their love and devotion. Wisteria House is such a happy haven; you

Whenever I have visited the home, I watch staff actively engage with all residents. Everyone is dressed and looking smart. The home puts on activities most days and encourages families to still be part of their loved one's life. They are always approachable to discuss any issues and keep you fully informed
of how they are eating, sleeping, etc. Staff are kind, rooms are good, and it is like a family home. Feel very lucky to have my family here and glad we found them.
