Thank you for your review, we value all feedback as this helps us to improve our service where required. We are sorry your experience was not always as expected. Since, this time, the team has worked hard to make improvements around communication to ensure our families are kept up to date. Additionally, we have also introduced new activities to our programme and for our residents' enjoyment, the home has carried out extra work on the gardens. The home's manager operates on an open-door policy and would be happy to meet to discuss the improvements made.
