Mum went into care from hospital on 5th March. Her welcome at The Grange was reassuring, warm and very caring. The staff are so kind with Mum. The grange has a really nice feel about the place, can't thank them enough for looking after mum.

My experince when visiting my relative has always been of a very good standard of care, nothing appears to be too much trouble for the staff, no matter what you ask of them. Although I have not actually been present when the food is served, the menu for dinner, always displayed, looks very tasty and
well-planned.

When you visit, the first thing that hits you is the mouth watering smells from the kitchen. When you get into the home, it is impeccably clean and the staff always meet you with a smile. There are a number of rooms that the residents can sit in outside of their bedrooms, and the activity room is a
lovely place with a number of board games to choose from where it overlooks the lovely garden. I am so pleased/relieved that my mum is living at Aaron House and a relief that her needs are being met.

Our mother had to move into Seven Hills from another care home in August 2024. The manager and staff at Seven Hill made the move seamless and kept us informed along the way, also providing updates of her settling in. The staff are very attentive and are keen to ensure that mum gets involved in activities

My father was moved from a care home to Swinton Grange due to not being able to meet his needs there, I have to say the difference in nursing care from Swinton Grange is far beyond expectations. His level of care is fabulous along with the staffing levels of commitment is beyond belief. Management levels
of communication are very very good and commitment to care for residents is very beyond good its excellent.

My uncle has recently moved here.
I am astounded at his progress here in just a few short weeks.
He is much more settled in himself and is unwilling himself in activities and conversations with staff.
I am so pleased he is here!
The staff (all of them!) are approachable, informative of my uncles
care and have (from what I see) a brilliant rapport with him.

We are really happy with the care that my father receives at Seven Hills. He has been there over 18 months and suffers from severe dementia.
The residents are shown a high level of respect and treat as individuals with individual needs. All the staff are happy and cheerful, showing care and interest
in delivering a high quality interactive experience. There are regular sessions of activities and life enrichment such as coffee mornings, mocktails, music and dancing, games like badminton with balloons and they never miss someone's birthday.
There are qualified nursing staff keeping a keen eye on the health needs of individuals and communicating with the families on any minor changes or observations.

My mum moved into Sevenhills after spending time in hospital due to a fall at her previous care home. The staff welcomed her warmly into the home and she quickly settled into a happy life in their care. All of the staff at Sevenhills displayed genuine affection for my mum despite her bouts of aggressive
behaviour when anxious. They often told me that they loved her and I believe that this was true.
I can never thank the management and staff enough for the exceptional care they gave my mum, they filled the end of her life with love and joy.

The care home is clean and well maintained and does not have the smell associated with old peoples home.
The staff are well presented polite and friendly.
The only complaints is that they don't walk the residents enough or motivate them to move which is important for their health and well being.
There is no resident physio so this has to be arranged separately.
Overall a good respite for a couple of weeks.

This was my first visit to see my auntie and uncle. The home was welcoming and clean, and the carers and management were also very welcoming, helpful and friendly. My family seemed very happy and looked very content and comfortable.

I would like you to know that care home I have been given excellent care to me whilst staying at Darnall Grange. All the staff have been excellent from nurses, carers, cleaners, kitchen staff and everyone been so kind and caring to me. I have heard so many bad stories about care homes but this one gets
100%. One of my friends also stayed here and she told me that this is the best care home. Staff always have a smile and they treat me with dignity and respect. Thank you to management for having care staff at Darnall Grange.

My mum moved to Swinton Grange at the beginning of February 2025 after a sudden decline in health following surgery for a broken ankle in November 2024. She had gone into Delirium while in hospital & ended up in intermediate care for over 2 months, She was often unable to feed herself could hardly walk
was very agitated & had become quite aggressive at times. After moving to Swinton Grange, the difference in mum is amazing, she is less confused. No longer agitated or aggressive. She can walk again & feeds herself as normal. She's really settled & has made friends with both staff & other residents. The staff can't do enough for her, she wanted to change room & they made it happen. They keep me updated on any changes & she is seen regularly by the local GP. The food is fantastic. There's plenty of activities for them. I couldn't be happier with her care & the peace of mind she is being well looked after. Thank you to all the staff.
