We are genuinely disappointed to hear about the issues you've described, particularly around dignity, communication, and the availability of support. These are not the standards we aim to uphold, and we are committed to addressing any shortcomings. Unfortunately, these concerns were not brought to the attention of management at the time of admission or during your mother's stay, which meant we were unable to intervene or resolve them in real time. Had we been made aware, we would have acted swiftly to investigate and support both your mother and your family.

At the time of your nan's stay, our staffing levels were 6 staff to 30 residents (4 care staff, a nurse, and a nurse assistant) This ratio meets the needs and levels of dependency in the house and previous reviews are testament to the high standards we set. We apologise that we did not meet these expectations for you and your nan. We wish this issue had been brought to our attention sooner so we could have worked together to resolve any concerns.
