Overall Experience

Mum has been attending Bankview day care for a year now - I cannot talk highly enough of them. Mum wears incontinent pads and can sometimes leak onto her trousers - This is dealt with sensitively + discreetly without other service users knowing. Her overall mood is so much better since attending. She

is more engaged + chatty and enjoys the activities + food there. Mum loves all of the staff + looks forward to going. Their communication with my sister and I is also first class.

Overall Experience

I remain extremely happy with the care my brother is receiving. Especially more so over the last few weeks when his condition deteriorated rapidly and unexpectedly. The staff have been excellent and are doing everything to keep my brother comfortable, pain free and settled.

Overall Experience

Staff very friendly, patient while assist with Father from home to bus, time at daycare, then journey home.
Encourage him to interact and engage with others.
Has been going here for 8 years and he looks forward to going each week.
Staff always contact me if they have an concens regarding Father.

Overall Experience

My husband has attended Bankview Day Care Centre since May 2023 and during that time, members of staff have gotten to understand his needs and what he can and cannot do. Initially, he did not want to go but now he has got used to going and engaging in all activities and chatting to fellow service users.

Overall Experience

My aunt has been in Bankview for two years now and is being very well looked after. The care home is lovely inside. The staff are always cheerful. There is always plenty of activities and outings for the residents. Any problems or concerns are dealt with quickly. This is a great relief to us, as her

family, knowing she is safe and well.

Overall Experience

From going through the door, felt at home. The receptionist was so pleasant and helpful/ Met a male member of staff who could not be more helpful. We were given tea and biscuits as we had arrived, we were shown around and shown to the room which was lovely. We were very impressed, my wife even said

she would be happy to stay there.

Overall Experience

My wife has been a resident in Bankview care home for several years and the care she has received during this time has been excellent.
The wellbeing of all residents are looked after by exceptional caring and competent staff.
This is a well run organised care home and comes highly recommend to anymore

Overall Experience

The staff go above and beyond to suit the needs of all the residents. Nothing is a bother to them and the staff are always friendly and cheery. They encourage the residents to participate in activities even if they seem unsure there's always a welcoming hug and lots of laughs to be had, and the parties

are brilliant!

Could not ask for a better care home. The level of care and professionalism is fantastic. All the staff are so in tune with what my mum needs, it is great... When she needs to stay in bed, they still include her in activities and they know when she is not quite her usual self and stay on top of that...

Bankview is a first-class care home, the staff and manager are very friendly, and keep you well-informed of the resident's care, health and how they are getting on, we are phoned if there are any concerns. Overall Experience

Initially, I was very apprehensive about having to put my mum into care as I had read so many bad experiences about the treatment of residents in care homes. However, I researched a few different homes, and after having read more positive reviews about Bbankview, I decided to put Mum there on 11/11/23.

I have been absolutely delighted with the level of care she's received. Not only have the facilities and activities have been very good, but the standard of care from staff and how they always treat her with dignity and respect has surpassed my expectations. I can't praise them enough.
