We have been super happy with the care provided at Riverside. Mum has dementia and was very anxious and worried, she took a little while to settle, but after the first 6 weeks it has suggested she more to the extra care side of the care home. She settled almost immediately. We feel very grateful for
the care provided by the manager and her lovely staff. Mum is always clean and happy. Thank you.

Both my mum and aunty are residents here. Chapel View is amazing, the facilities, the entertainment is out of this world. Even to taking the residents to the local village hall every Friday for singing, dancing, bingo. All the staff are wonderful angels to everyone.

My mum has settled so well at Chapel View. She calls it her big house with her cosy flat. I honestly thought I was going to lose her stuck at home by herself, I feel that I've got another chance of seeing my happy mum.

Unexpectedly mum was admitted to Riverside care home. We did not have a choice of homes and were quite concerned but from day one the staff and management have been excellent. They are kind, caring, considerate and treat all the residents with respect. I feel mum is in a safe place and well looked after.

My mum has only been in Chapel View for a couple of months & is still adjusting. My sister found this home more by luck than judgement & mum needing round the clock care happened quite quickly. I can honestly say that we & mum couldn't have been luckier. Each & every member of staff goes above and beyond
to make sure that every resident is cared for & treated with the respect & dignity that they deserve. Not only do they look after the residents , they care for them entertain them & try and make each & everyone of the comfortable & happy. I would recommend this home to anyone. Plus I thank them for making mums transition easier for her & lighter for us x

Sadly my mother came into Field View on Wednesday 6th November 2024 as "end of life" from hospital. All your staff from management to carers, kitchen staff and cleaners were amazing how they treated and cared for my mum whilst she was there in her room - nothing was too much trouble and all our family
and friends felt the same too. Sadly mum passed away on 16th December 2024 again the staff were so compassionate. Thank you.

Wow, where to start! In December, parties, concerts, buffets, feasts, karaoke, animals, visiting, Father Christmas. A singer singing with the big screen was brilliant and so much more. Mam not been into Christmas for a few years and it was lovely to see her singing, clapping and laughing and smiling
at this time of year. This was all down to the wonderful, caring staff who really do go above and beyond. Everybody had the best time.

Have been a resident in Northfields for the last 16 months within which time the business has been bought out by the Wood Group, who are slowly transforming the home for the better. The food and interior alterations are exceptional with more improvements to come. As a resident I look forward to the
future here and highly recommend.

After various hospital admissions, it was decided my dad could no longer manage living alone so I had to look for a suitable care home. On arriving at Longwood lodge I was greeted by friendly happy caring staff who showed us a large room which was exactly what we needed for him. It has been a year since
he was admitted, well what can I say the management team and staff can't do enough for him. The manager goes above and beyond for the residents and families alike nothing is too much trouble for all parties concerned. I would have no hesitation in recommending Longwood Lodge to anyone who is considering a place for their loved ones.

I can't thank the staff at Chapel View enough for the care my brother gets. He is so comfortable, there is no pressure put on hi, if he wants to stay in his pyjamas, he can. Sometimes they have entertainers in and I have danced with him as he joined in. When they had a seaside theme he loved it. The
effort they put in is unmeasurable. A big thank you.

My mum has been in the care home for approximately nine years under two different owners. I have been impressed by the new owners and I have no concerns. The home is clean, warm and a pleasure to visit. The staff are polite and friendly and the management is approachable and informed. We have very good
communication in place should there be any problems.

Overall very happy with service provided. Staff on Lowry very caring, attentive, compassionate (days). Activities would have been marked as poor but on Wednesday (11/12) was a huge success and big improvement, much laughter on Lowry. Occasionally disappointed with night staff as I can come in some morning
and my wife has not been attended to by night staff.

My mum was in another care home for 4 years, she was treated so badly that she ended up in hospital for 3 weeks I hate that it took some thing like that to happen for me to find Riverside Care home. Since being here she has had the very best care, she is happy and smiling again, and the staff takes
pride in their job. They treat the residents with love and care. I really can't praise them enough.
