Wellburn House was mums home for five years and the care she received was wonderful. All of the staff have been kind, caring, helpful, professional, supportive and cheerful. They knew her well and despite some challenging times, they enabled mum to live her best possible life while she was there. And
she always said how good the food was! Thank you to everyone at Wellburn House.

I want to thank the wonderful activities coordinator at Wellburn House. She participated in the Great North Run in September to raise funds for the Wellburn House Residents Comfort Fund. She raised an amazing sum of over £500, well done to the activities coordinator! Additionally, sponsors included
members of Wellburn Staff. This also demonstrates the team spirit at Wellburn, in addition to staff care and support for residents.

From the very moment we walked through the door we were made to feel welcome. We were put at ease and told that my Mother-in-law would be well looked after. After 2 weeks we have been assured that she will be. A very nice and caring staff and a lovely place.

Very welcoming as you step through the door. Helpful and kind. Settled my Mam very quickly. Looking after her well. Helping her and caring for all her needs. She was soon looking comfortable, happy, and at ease. Would recommend it without hesitation. After 2 weeks she asked to stay.

The staff have been absolutely amazing, extremely helpful, caring and compassionate. My mam was in safe and caring hands throughout her time in Wellburn House. Mum has been a resident of Wellburn for the past year. I have nothing but praise and respect for all the staff who have looked after Mum, they go the extra mile to make sure she is comfortable and happy. There's always something going on to entertain the residents thanks to the great activities coordinator.
I have great peace of mind when I leave mum to go home as I know she is being very well looked after. Thank you all for your support.

Our family could not have been happier with the excellent care our mum received during her time in Ayresome Court, Yarm. Every single member of staff went out of their way to make her comfortable and they treated her with care, respect and kindness. They made us very welcome every time we visited and
nothing was too much trouble for them. Sadly Mum died after being there only a week and the staff were incredibly kind and compassionate towards our family.
The building is very welcoming, clean, warm and comfortable. We would recommend Ayresome Court wholeheartedly.

Dad came here from hospital after being in there for three weeks for end-of-life care. All of the staff from the cleaners, care workers etc. have been nothing short of amazing. They are treating Dad with a great deal of care and respect. I would specifically like to point out one of your care workers.

My mum received exceptional care from all medical, care, admin and support staff throughout a 2 month period of palliative care for cancer from September 2023. Sadly, she passed away in November 2023. We will always be extremely grateful to everyone at Ayresome Court who, without exception, went out
of their way to make my mum’s stay as comfortable as it could possibly be. In what were obviously difficult circumstances for us, we can honestly say it was a privilege to witness such remarkable compassion and instinct to care for others, from all of the staff, at every level. We cannot praise the teams at Ayresome Court highly enough and have no hesitation in highly recommending their services. They were outstanding! Our heartfelt thanks go out to everyone involved.
