Lyle House, in Roehampton close to Richmond Park, is a modern care home for up to seventy residents. The home offers residential and dementia care within a homely setting, as well as short-term respite care. Staffed by a team of well-trained and dedicated care professionals, Lyle House offers high standards of personalised care.

Residents enjoy a range of daily activities tailored to their individual preferences from games and entertainment to crafts and quizzes. The home has a secure outside garden area and pleasant lounges, all bedrooms are en-suite and rooms are spacious.

The staff, under their excellent manager, are providing very good care for my husband. I know that he is not always easy, but they treat him with respect and patience and show real concern for his condition.

I find the staff helpful and caring. My dad is happy and well cared for. The food is good and the home comfortable. He receives good medical care and all his needs are met.

The manager and her team provided great care for my mother. They were very welcoming and caring making sure my mother was comfortable and happy, my mother is naturally anxious and this was her first time away from her own home. The team ensured she was comfortable and helped her make friends with the
other residents. My mother settled in very quickly. The team also upheld the home's standards very well, keeping me informed at all times and taking prompt action when needed. The home itself is clean and bright and a very calm environment.

Since the home was taken over by a new provider there has been many changes with staff leaving and recruitment appeared difficult, this agency staff have been employed which can affect the continuity of care and the greater understanding of residents. Staff very kind and thoughtful and have looked after
my father well and have a keen understanding of dementia care. My family are happy with the care my father receives and trust their knowledge and judgement - all are most supportive. Home manager and all staff are professional, approachable and thoughtful. Laundry staff are lovely and very helpful. Maintenance i.e. curtains etc. little slow in responding to repairs.
