We greatly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Please understand that your situation was unique. As other evaluations attest, we have a reputation for assuming responsibility and demonstrating profound concern for our residents. While rectifying past errors may be unattainable, I am fully committed to improving the quality of care our staff provides to residents with dementia. We have implemented a rigorous questionnaire that will allow family members to provide extensive information regarding the difficulties they encounter while providing in-home care for their loved ones. Additionally, we have considered a thorough assessment in situations where a family member is moving straight from their home to the residential care facility. Until then, I would like to extend my sincerest apologies on behalf of the entire team.
