I have always found the carers in this home to be very understanding of my aunt's dementia needs. We are kept informed of her health and wellbeing. They take care of all my aunt's personal needs. The home is clean and bright. All the staff have a good report with my aunt, and she responds well to them.
The admin team are also very responsive.
