Firstly it is located in a convenient place for myself and other family members to visit. The carers are quite friendly and listen. However, on a few occasions, I noticed that my mum had a fall which went unnoticed for a while. On another occasion, valuables went missing from her room. All reported
to the managers and carers present. Also noticed many carers lack knowledge and caring skill for different residents' requirements.

We are confident that the concerns raised within this review have been investigated and are not correct. The resident in question is well looked after and we are in contact with the Next of Kin and healthcare professionals in regard to ensuring that the best possible care is delivered. We are confident that valuables are safe and secure in line with the correct procedure. I would like to say how pleasantly surprised I have been by this care home, their staff and the overall service provided. You can see how much all staff care for their residents from the admin, management and care staff. Like every home, it’s in constant improvement and you can see this from how tirelessly
the teamwork there. Residents are loved like their family and is an absolute pleasure to see this. Staff really get to know residents and tailor to their individual needs. There really are some special people in this home. Thank you for being so kind and providing such crucial care and support to those who really need it!

I have a close friend being cared for at Beaumont Court. The first impressions, especially the decor and interior, are not world class. However, the staff and the manager more than make up for this. The standard of care is exceptional they simply can't do enough for you. There has always been a warm
welcome every time I have visited.

The facilities and staff at Beaumont Court Care Home are wonderful. My mum is in such caring and safe hands within the facility, which is safe for her. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The location is also great, overlooking a beautiful park in the square. The team recently upgraded mum to a bigger
room, with vast windows overlooking the park and trees. It is so beautiful. I am very happy with it all.

The home has improved so much since the takeover. However, there are still cleaning issues. On a recent visit, my mother's room was dirty, sticky floor, paper and bits in corners, drawers surface was sticky. Also, she now is in a wheelchair which is not cleaned down, we cleaned it on our visit as it
had food spills on etc. The main staff are excellent but not all of the general staff have any compassion which is needed within this role.

Mum was admitted to Beaumont Court a year ago on the recommendation of her GP and social worker. She needed 24-hour care during the pandemic which I couldn’t provide after returning to work after furlough. It was probably a more difficult transition for me than for mum, she settled in really well and
staff reassured me during times when I couldn’t see her. When rule changes allowed, and I was allowed to visit, initially through glass and later 1-2-1, I feel Mum’s dementia had been managed really well, she was clean, and the routine really suits her. At 94, I understand that Mum needs both physical and emotional support and to be in the company of other people and carers who are kind and understand the complexity of her condition. I am in constant contact with the staff, and have built a personal rapport with a few over the past year. They know that if any emergency happens, they can call me 24/7. I also think this, as a purpose-built home is a far safer environment and have no qualms recommending it.

Both my mum and dad reside at Beaumont Care Home. Since they have been there, they have received wonderful care in every way. They settled in so well with the great help of the staff! The staff keep me updated if mum and dad have any new medication, their moods, etc. Beaumont Court is a wonderful place
for my parents to reside. I honestly feel like they are living with family! Thank you Beaumont Court and all the staff.

My mother spent 9 months in Beaumont Court and during this time we were satisfied with the care she had been given. Staff were attentive, helpful and always pleasant. They made us as a family, very welcome and nothing we asked for was too much.

My neighbour was at Beaumont Court for respite. In the 2 months she was there, the staff were fantastic. I cannot praise the manager and staff enough. They all work so hard but take time to make visitors welcome. My neighbour would definitely return.

I have been visiting my friend here for the last 5-6 years. I can only come from Ireland 4 times per year. Huge improvements in the environment for residents in the past year. The staff genuinely care for their residents, both groups seem much happier with the improvements and there is a general sense
of wellbeing, which means a lot to me living in Ireland knowing my old friend is safe and well cared for. Thanks to all.

From the moment Mum and I walked through the door we felt a kind and welcoming atmosphere. The staff helped with my Mum's luggage and mobility aids and showed us around the home. I have just collected Mum after two weeks respite and she is relaxed and happy. Special thanks to the wonderful care staff
