Weybourne provides a wealth of support services for people living with dementia, with the aim of not just providing care and comfort, but also a new, positive and more engaging stage in their lives. The team of qualified and attentive staff provides 24-hour person-centred dementia care.

The home provides a central courtyard garden that is safe and secure allowing residents to relax and enjoy outdoor activities.

My dad has dementia and is a resident of this care home. I was hesitant at first with him attending as he was unsettled with his previous care home and I just wasn't sure how he would be. I can honestly say, this care home is amazing. They cater to each resident's individual needs. My dad was a bit
unsettled at first, but he has started to really settle well and have a sense of belonging within the home. The staff are very welcoming and my dad feels very comfortable with them. I have taken my dad out for the day and upon return he has settled back in with ease. We are also able to book lunch within the care home, so we are able to have lunch together. I'm able to visit with my children, so they were excited and comfortable to be able to be around their grandad. The Manager there is very good. She's very transparent and communicates well, which puts my mind at ease. My dad is very happy, comfortable and enjoys his time there, which is the greatest feeling for me.

Today was brilliant, we had children here singing was lovely. The whole day was perfect, in always Weybourne is perfect in every way. The staff are brilliant. My husband loves it here, I know he is being well looked after. Thank you so much for your kindness. Thank you for looking after him

I have nothing but praise for this excellent home. Mum always looks clean and tidy, always smiling. Her room is spotless and always clean. Mum is treated with respect by all members of staff. Her dignity is maintained at all times no matter what time I visit her.
I am really pleased with the food that
is supplied, it always looks tasty and there is a variety to choose from. Very pleased with this home.

My husband moved in on 18/11/24. I cannot express enough how well he is settling in this home, after transferring from a previous home. The staff are wonderful and welcoming. They all make us feel like a part of the team. They are very caring and hard working, they always ensure the residents are well
looked after.
The manager is super and I can confidently say she is the best of all time.

Nan feels so at home here. There is always plenty of activities for residents throughout the day and lots of families to be a part of too. The care is good and I feel that my nan on a whole is looked after well. The staff listen and put into action plans, if we have any issues. All staff are very friendly
and their care for the residents is evident on every visit.

My husband was in respite care for 1 week in Weybourne because I had to go in hospital. He has early vascular dementia. He has had respite once before in a care home and it was a bad experience. So I booked a tour around Weybourne and was pleasantly surprised. I have just picked my husband up after
his respite week and I just want to say thank you to all the staff who were friendly, welcoming, fun, caring, and communicated well with us both. He came home a happy man. Thank you all so much.

My brother has been a resident at Weybourne for a year and a half and the care that he has received during this time has been outstanding. My brother is very settled and content at Weybourne and he appears well cared for which has had a very positive impact on his overall well-being. All the staff treat
the residents with kindness and respect and Weybourne appears to be very well managed. The manager is very approachable and welcomes contact from relatives if there are any concerns. Activities and outings are very well organised. The multi-sensory garden is beautiful and this has been a collaborative activity with residents getting involved too. So much hard work by the staff has resulted in a lovely area that can be used all year round. The summer barbecue was a huge success this week and my brother loved it as the food was amazing as always! Regular relative meetings are organised informing everyone about plans and activities for the future. I highly recommend Weybourne Care Home.
