A friendly and welcoming run care home with 60+ rooms on 2 floors with ground floor rooms opening onto gardens.
The staff are cheerful, caring and supportive and the management is approachable and willing to listen to any concerns.
Having three lounges two overlooking gardens makes the place feel
homely and offers a quiet spot to be with visitors.
Overall, not the cheapest care home in the area, but one where mum has settled happily and the family feel confident she is being well looked after.

I have nothing but praise and heartfelt thanks for this care home. My mum was a resident for eighteen months until her passing this August. From the very first day, they made not only mum but us as a family feel at home.
This made the transition for all of us so much more comfortable. Every member
of staff from the kitchen staff, laundry ladies, housekeepers, care staff, activity ladies and nurses were friendly and caring, it was like we were all one big happy family.
Her final days there were as peaceful as they could be and the staff not only looked after her but us as well, which meant so much to all of us.
I am so pleased that this little gem of a place was where she spent her last months I could not have asked for anything else. So much so, I will definitely go back and visit them.

I like this home as the staff are very friendly, kind and helpful.
They look after the patients very well and I have seen how they act in an emergency.
I would recommend this home to family and friends.

My Mum was given dignity and respect in her end of life care at Bennetts Castle by staff on the first floor. We were also pleased to see two representatives attend her funeral in October. The home has been kind, supportive and very helpful in the time we used their services.

Our dear mum was living at Bennetts Castle Care for five years. When she first went there, she was very poorly, but after she settled and became at ease with her new surroundings, staff, routine, she was very happy and became more at ease and stronger. Staff at the home are all very caring to mum and
family. Mum also enjoyed craft sessions, knitting and good old fashion sing-alongs. Carers and management, all very approachable and we were kept informed of all things going on. Thank you all for all you did for our dear mum.

My father was a resident for 15 months until he recently passed away. He has a lovely room looking onto the garden which made it fairly bright room. I found the staff, from the carers to the cleaners and laundry assistants, very helpful and sometimes went out of their way to go and chat to my father,
which both he and myself were very appreciative.
My father was always clean, as was his room. My father seemed happy there.

My dad moved into Bennetts Castle Care Centre in September 2015. Right from the start they treated him wonderfully and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were kind, friendly and extremely caring. Dad was treated as a real human being, not just a number.
If any issue arose, they were dealt with
promptly. You could tell that the staff didn't treat it as just a job but really cared about all the residents. Dad felt very safe there (sadly he died in March 2016, in hospital). We, as a family, have nothing but praise for Bennetts Castle Care Centre.
