Brackenbridge House is set in one and half acres of lawns and gardens with pathways and gardens for residents to enjoy. The home offers 'first class' person-centred care for the over 65's. Conveniently based in South Ruislip, all of London’s sights and sounds are within easy reach, while the Berkshire countryside is a short drive away.

Brackenbridge House is a 36 bedded purpose-built residential care home which benefits from the leadership of a Home Manager who sets the highest of standards for care and all other services. Residents' bedrooms are individually decorated with scope for residents to 'put their own stamp' on their own rooms with the addition of personal items and décor.

We are very happy with the care my father is receiving at Brackenbridge House. He is not always easy to deal with but is always treated with dignity and respect by carers who have got to know him and our family well. He particularly enjoys the food, which is excellent. Feedback about how my father has
been has also been very good. Everyone is friendly and easy to deal with, which we appreciate.

One of the best care homes in the area, as the staff really do care about the resident! Always professional, always kind. The staff are the best in doing a difficult job. I'm also pleased to see Brackenbridge is maintained and kept incredibly high standards all the way through the pandemic.

Responsive and attentive staff, clean premises and a lovely garden for residents to go out for a walk in. Brackenbridge House was an ideal care home for my mother to spend two weeks' respite in. I would not hesitate in recommending the home to other people. Special mention must go to the care home
manager, who is extremely dedicated and kind in her job.

The current management team have made a big improvement to the care home. All the staff are very attentive. My visit with my brother was on my mother's 93rd Birthday and they made a lot of effort to ensure she enjoyed it.

The home has significantly improved since the new manager and deputy manager have taken over. The care my mum has received has been excellent and they have been really accommodating during lockdown with calls and Facetime calls.
