Over the years, Shirley has progressed through various roles, eventually becoming Care Coordinator in 2017. In this role, she works closely with management, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. Shirley thrives on challenges and enjoys taking on new projects. Her leadership skills have greatly contributed to the success of the home and its staff team.
