Having liaised with the management, they were unaware that there were ongoing concerns and it would be very much appreciated if you can discuss these directly with the Registered Manager so she can fully investigate the issues and resolve them for you and your mother. The hotel is sufficiently staffed so that there should never be any feeling of being rushed and we would like to know exactly who you feel has been unfriendly so that this may be discussed with them. Over the years, Shirley has progressed through various roles, eventually becoming Care Coordinator in 2017. In this role, she works closely with management, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. Shirley thrives on challenges and enjoys taking on new projects. Her leadership skills have greatly contributed to the success of the home and its staff team.
