Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level of
care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge.

Please note, the weekly fee does not include hairdressing, chiropody or other healthcare visits or

medications that a GP wouldn’t normally prescribe such as paracetamol and indigestion relief, and any
other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
an agreed hourly charge for this service.

I would also like to thank you for providing your feedback and concerns. We have taken on board your comments and I can confirm the Home Manager has now seen the room and is in agreement it could be made brighter therefore will be contacting you to discuss what sort of colour you would like to have in your dad's room. They will look to have his room redecorated within the next two weeks.
In regards to the missing belongings I am sorry to read of this and the frustration this can cause. The Home Manager has taken this feedback on board and has spoken with the staff to ensure they do a routinely check and for their whereabouts, so your dad has these items available at all times.
