We have an onsite maintenance team that would have been able to fix the issue with the toilet if they were made aware of the issue. In regards to your neighbour, it is sadly the case that some residents need more assistance than others but again, if we were made aware of the problem at the time we could have looked at alternative rooms for you to reside in. Dear Brian, we are saddened to receive such feedback. Our residents are encouraged to ambulate freely around the home but many have conditions that require staff assistance to do so. Regarding activities, we have a varying in house program each week and recently had three trips to the seaside in August which residents enjoyed but your mother declined to attend. Staff turnover is currently at ~10% whereas the national average is over 30%, therefore we, unfortunately, disagree with your perception.
