Can not believe the owners can call this a care home. My aunt was taken there straight from the hospital, they were not expecting me and what I found on my arrival has left me in total disbelief. The conservatory door is hanging off open, with a note saying do no touch. The room allocated to my aunt
had not been cleaned, there was empty used men's urine bottle in the sink cabinet, which was all rotten wood and falling apart. The chair in the room was all stained and the smell from it was horrific. There were feces and blood on several different walls. The place should be closed down. A very caring member of staff apologized and was embarrassed by what we encountered. The other poor people still left sat in chairs in there with no interaction. I then check online and this care provider has not been inspected since 9th November 2017. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. And the care commission should try spending a night there and see how “good” it is.

I love this care home as they have done their activities on time and they are caring about the patient need.
