Kent House is a fantastic Residential Care Home specialising in Dementia care and is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac in Harrow Weald off Long Elms Road.

There is always an event or an occasion to celebrate at Kent House, the staff make sure they hold many activities so that their residents are always on their toes with exciting things to do. Kent house always welcomes visiting families and friends to join in on the fun, no one is left to feel out of place or unwelcomed.

A diamond wedding celebration arranged for two friends, resident at Kent House. Very well organised, full participation of staff (manager/cook/events organiser). Shows how Kent House values and respects the residents and friends/relatives. A lovely celebration enjoyed by all.

Family BBQ at Kent House great entertainment and food, had all residents involved and was great to see all smiling, dancing and singing.

My father has been in Kent House for the past 2 months and I honestly say that he is looking 100% better. He loves the staff and they are taking good care of him. The staff at Kent House are always helpful, polite, caring, shows lots of respect for the residents and their family.

The residents are all made to feel welcome and encouraged to participate. The bbq the home put on was lovely and I especially liked some of the residents being encouraged to sing.

Myself and my sister joined in the BBQ arranged for the residents and family. There was music, good food, fun games; guessing the number of sweets, weight of a cake etc. The residents seemed happy and enjoyed the food, company and music of their era. All the staff enable everyone to feel welcome. Great

Before becoming a home manager, Ebbie's journey with Gold Care Homes began as a deputy home manager and a regional support manager. Ebbie's roles essentially entailed offering constant support and assistance to several homes within a specific region. Ebbie has obtained a qualification in Leadership and Management Level 5.
