It is not unusual for us to have initially reluctant residents move in and it is very rare that we do not overcome this challenge by making them feel at home and comfortable within their surroundings. The support and patience of families are also vital in us achieving this and we thank you and your family for that. It is also lovely of you to mention so many of our different staff as, for us to be able to provide a successful service, we all have to play a part in making people feel welcome in our home.
