We are really sorry you feel this way about your fathers stay in The Lodge, it would help if you could supply the dates we can the investigate this further.
Unfortunately, during the pandemic, all care homes were restricted by Government and local guidelines and had to abide by these. I would ask you to contact the home to speak directly to the manager or deputy about these issues.

When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
If a Care Home does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
