Manor Lodge is a home from home style care home for the elderly specialising in dementia care. Situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of London.

The vision is to provide the best quality care and deliver an activity programme created to benefit physical, mental and social well-being, with a dedicated team of care staff who are trained in all aspects of care and are all experienced in supporting residents living with dementia.

The home provides 16 furnished rooms, half of which benefit from having en-suite facilities. Traditional meals provide a balanced diet and ensure healthy eating for all residents.

The garden is the perfect space for leisurely walks, entertaining and bird watching. The Activity Programme focuses on mind, body and soul through a range of activities such as fitness classes, musical entertainment, arts and crafts, baking, flower arranging and reminiscence games. By getting involved with the activity programme, residents see improvements in their physical health and their emotional well-being.

Providing residential, respite, dementia and palliative care packages tailored to the needs of each individual within a homely setting.

My family was very satisfied with Manor Lodge staff care service. My mother has language barrier and always lived in Sri Lanka. That is why is it very hard for her to adapt to a new environment in the UK. But this care home was very helpful and supportive and makes it safe for her. We thank you for
the staff kindness and caring during this hard situation. We are trying our best to provider her wishes.

The change I have seen in my sister since she moved into Manor Lodge has been unbelievable. She's eating more, drinking and is responsive and alert. All things that were previously deteriorating when she was living alone in her own house. She's now back to being the person she used to be.

Since my father moved into Manor Lodge he has settled very well with the patience and care from all staff. The staff have been very caring and patient with my father. He is brought to the lounge daily and is encouraged to join in with the activities if he wants to.
I have found the staff to be kind,
considerate and very compassionate to both my father and myself.
My father is relaxed and well looked after.

Manor Lodge has exceeded our expectations for the care and dignity they have always shown our mum. It is a small and personal home and each resident is cared for with their individual needs and with a family-like environment. Mum is happy and her health needs are met with care and dignity. The staff
and each of the carers are wonderful, approachable and caring. Sometimes dealing with difficult care needs. The food is good and varied and is enjoyed. The various activities also help and make the residents have fun and keep moving when it suits them.

The greatest compliment I can give Manor Lodge is that it is a home away from home for my mum, who has vascular dementia. The fantastic carers (apologies if I have missed anyone) - have all been very welcoming and are extremely kind, caring and attentive, which is all you can really ask for. The manager
can always be relied upon to greet you with a big smile and her door is always open for a friendly chat. I should also mention the cleaner and the chef, as the building is always tidy and clean, while my mum has put on weight since her arrival - even though she was always very fussy about her food when living under my roof. All of my mum's needs have been looked after - from gentle exercise to daily activities such as gardening and playing games. My mum has been there for about a year and whenever I visit her she is always in good spirits.

Manor Lodge has made a difficult time easier and allowed us to have confidence in the care that our mother is receiving. She is happy and her health conditions are well looked after so that she can enjoy the various activities and entertainment provided. The staff are always very loving and caring and
