Thank you for taking the time to write this lovely review. You might have visited when we were lucky enough to have three musicians from the Royal Albert Hall here for a live recital. It was a wonderful event. We will book this again for the Christmas period and depending on availability, have another little concert here and the same musicians. Feel free to call us at the beginning of December, as we will know by then and would be able to let you know and maybe you are able to visit again and enjoy the beautiful music together with your friend.

Thank you for your kind words. We feel your friend did really well, as soon as she moved into our home a couple of years ago. It’s wonderful to see how many friends she has and how dedicated her family is too. The many visits she receives mean that she continues to be able to do all of the things she enjoys with people she loves. We are very grateful for all of your support. Your wonderful feedback will mean a lot to our team, who strive every day to create a home that people love to live in and work at. We are looking forward to seeing you soon, again. Please know that our door is always open for any questions, comments or suggestions you may have. In the way of activities, we are pleased to say that a local nursery is visiting regularly again. We also have a Chaplain who offers church services and pastoral support. We are fortunate, as we also have weekly music therapy – both group and 1-to-1 sessions and beauty treatments at least twice a week.

Thank you for this lovely review. Your godfather (uncle) has been with us for a long time now and fortunately, we have always been able to support him with his changing needs, also thanks to you. Your many and continued visits and your imaginative and loving support through times of visitation restrictions, including music and videocassette, meant that your uncle always knew how loved he was. Being able to work with families, like we do with yours, means that we can create the very best of what support in a care home can offer, and that the depth of daily experiences, emotional and otherwise remains substantial, resulting in contentment and an inner feeling of homely safety for our residents. I feel we have been able to create this atmosphere together, from the beginning, and my team and I are very grateful for your kindness and reliable support, practically and in spirit. Please let us know whenever you feel that we could do something differently or better, our door is always open.

We appreciate your positive feedback on us stepping into the role and doing the best we can. Your aunt did indeed join our Home just before the pandemic started and we are glad to say that we are all still here and appear to have overcome this challenge together. Hopefully, the future will be brighter than some of the difficult times over the last two years, or so. The toddlers from a local nursery are visiting again; we have registered for pet therapy and are waiting to hear back if they have a volunteer available. The last year has been testing for all of us and new admissions especially - all families had to put an enormous amount of trust in us, as visitations are still so restricted.
