The Meadows Residential Care Home caters for 25 residents across 20 bedrooms. It is a family run care home designed for people who like the intimacy and homely feel of a smaller care home. The incredible team go above and beyond to anticipate their residents' every need.

Since 2020, the Home has been undergoing major upgrading work to embrace the notion of continuous improvement to the general environment of all communal areas and all private rooms. All bedrooms have a full set of en-suite facilities with brand new ceramic sanitary-ware and spot-lights to the ceilings. All floorings have been replaced with non-permeable flooring and all walls skimmed and newly decorated.

A rear and side extension are due to be completed by this summer to provide an additional 6 bedrooms and a much larger lounge, quiet area and dining room.

It is located in Greenford, West London, with easy access from the A40, the M25 and is also a 5-minute walk from Greenford Tube Station, which is on the Central Line.

The staff are acutely aware of the problems and anxieties that moving into care can bring. They will support your transition sensitively with compassion and understanding. All of the staff have the knowledge, experience and skills of dealing with the issues and concerns surrounding such an important change, for which reason they will offer you constant support and guidance.

They boast a long-standing permanent workforce who always believe in putting their residents first. They believe that they’ve created a family in both their carers and residents and only believe in employing outstanding individuals who are able to meet exceptionally high standards.

The Activity Coordinator provides relaxation classes /sessions every morning to aid relief of many issues facing older people such as depression, loneliness, and isolation and the Team believes in the application of diverse techniques to boost residents' morale.

As my aunt is living here, I always would prefer to visit her. And this residential care home is really good and provide excellent services. My aunt is really happy to live there as she has good communication with all staff. So I do not feel no hesitation while going there because they give good and

Meadows is fantastic care home. My friends has been staying there for past few years. Staff are very professional and approachable.
I was really impressed with the food that was served and cleanliness.

My family found the care that my aunt received at the care home to be exceptionally good. Despite my aunt's advanced dementia, we could tell that she was very happy in her own way. It was obvious that she was well cared for, warm and comfortable. We are very grateful to the staff of Meadows Care Home
for making her last years of life comfortable and peaceful.

My sister was living at The Meadows for the past 4 years. She had a neurodegenerative disease and sadly passed away in February.
The care that she received during her stay was exemplary. We were very lucky to have found this care home. The staff are all absolutely brilliant and really care for the
residents. There are many activities, in which residents are encouraged to partake.
Several of the staff attended her funeral and wake afterwards, which shows the genuine caring shown to my sister.
I cannot recommend The Meadows highly enough.

My mother has been in The Meadows for just over 2 months, she has settled in well. The staff are very caring and take time with the residents, getting to know their needs and help in every approach.
My one concern is that I would like more feedback from the management on my mother's progress, she has
Alzheimer's and was not sleeping initially. I would like to have been informed of this but I had to ask for this which would be very useful for me and the family.

Obviously, the management team takes seriously everything you have said, for which reason we called an impromptu meeting this morning to discuss your ratings and lessons learnt. I understand the manager equally spoke to you personally yesterday to acknowledge your comments, and in the next few days, you will be invited to a meeting to make sure that communication between you and the administration is heightened to the level experienced by all the other relatives. One area to consider is for you to visit and meet the administrative team during the working hours of Monday to Friday but all the same, I am assured that after medical reviews are carried out, updates are usually given to your brother, who visits during the weekdays. We will of course assess the need to make electronic communication available to all family members, especially to those unable to visit frequently.

Since my great-aunt was placed at The Meadows Residential Care Home, it has been a huge weight lifted off all of our shoulders. She receives such great care from all of the staff. The cleaning staff are amazing, spotless every time we visit. Management side is fantastic, always there to help. the chefs
are lovely, always cooking up a beautiful meal which my aunt loves the meals that she serves. Activities coordinator is also great, always keeping everyone busy all round us as the family are very proud and very happy with the service that we receive.

Couldn't speak more highly of our total experience with moving mom to The Meadows. The peace of mind from knowing that mom is safe, happy and well taken care of is priceless. All of the team are wonderful, the common living areas are clean and well maintained, the decor is bright and cheery, and the
residents' rooms are all ensuite, clean, well furnished, and bright with a lot of natural light. There are daily activities and a lovely new garden for everyone to enjoy the sunshine. It is a joy to visit and see how happy everyone is.

My mum has been a resident for seven years. She is in one of the best care homes in Ealing, in my opinion. Wonderful carers who are kind and empathetic. The kitchen and housekeeping staff are as lovely as the carers. The activist manager has a wonderful rapport with all the residents. The owners have
so much experience with seniors and the renovations that they have had done are outstanding. I am extremely happy with my mum's care.

My father is treated with care and compassion and I’m so very grateful to all the staff for looking after him so well. As his Alzheimer’s progressed the decision to move him to residential care was an inevitable but very heartbreaking one to take. I’m so glad I found The Meadows Residential Care Home.
He is so well cared for and content that he thinks he is still at home. The staff are considerate, friendly and respectful. The home is spotlessly clean and furnishings and decor are to a high standard. Since becoming a resident he has regained his appetite and put on a little weight. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Meadows to those facing a similar predicament and whose loved one is no longer safe at home. Meadows will be a home from home for them, where they will be safe and well looked after.

My aunt has been in the Meadows for a year now, after finding it increasingly difficult to cope independently at home. Like many, I suspect, she did not want to go into a care home but we were faced with the inevitability after a fall and a stay in hospital. It was at this point that two of her friends
independently suggested the Meadows as suitable and I am so pleased they did. It was this recommendation from trusted friends who had personal experience of the Meadows that gave us the confidence to go ahead. It was a big change for my aunt going from independent living to being a resident in a care home but the management and staff at the Meadows have been unfailingly kind and considerate, enabling my aunt to adjust and settle in in her own time. A big thanks to all at The Meadows.

Your aunt loves the activities and the entertainers and musicians. Her room, though you have not been able to see it because of the restrictions on relative's movement inside the Home, has indeed been upgraded like the rest of the bedrooms with ceiling spotlights, white cladding everywhere in the bathroom with renewed sanitary wear and new floor covering everywhere and new bedroom furniture. It's a pity that you didn't see it before rating the rooms. Nonetheless, many thanks for the review. Much appreciated.

Michelle joined The Meadows on 21/02/2022, at which time her Deputy Suzanne equally started. Michelle came in with a wealth of experience in managing home-care services in Harrow prior to which she was a Branch Manager, Deputy Care Manager, Trainer, Field Care Supervisor, Senior Care Co-ordinator, Practice Manager, NHS Patient Care Manager, Health Advisor and Administrator.


She is currently completing a Diploma / Higher Education @ Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
