We are trying to improve and impress our client's care and treatment and we endeavour to make sure that our service provision at The Meadows does not remotely replicate what the media reports of other care homes in the news, papers, magazines and talk radio programmes. Our benchmark is to create a Home with standards fit for purpose to meet the expectations of our residents, ourselves and all our close elder relatives should they require looking after in due course.

Sadly aged 90 our Mother passed away in July 2015 it was a very sad and emotional period for me and my brothers but I can honestly say the staff at The Meadows had been exceptional in every respect during this time. The Manager was so caring and supportive and a real professional helping us deal with Mum's last few days so she passed away comfortably with dignity and respect. We could not have wished for more support during Mum's last few days, everything possible was done to make her comfortable during her end of life care and to look after our needs.
The owner has transformed the Meadows into a well managed home and an example of best practice that I am sure others could learn from. The home has undergone significant investment in the past 3/4 years improving and extending facilities for residents and staff to very high standards.
As a family The Meadows is very important to us as my late Mother's sister is also a resident and like Mum was, my Aunt is looked after according to her agreed care plans giving us peace of mind and the confidence she is being cared for to the highest standards.
Thank you to the management and all staff at The Meadows for your ongoing commitment and delivering the quality care standards that we see consistently every time we visit the home.

Michelle joined The Meadows on 21/02/2022, at which time her Deputy Suzanne equally started. Michelle came in with a wealth of experience in managing home-care services in Harrow prior to which she was a Branch Manager, Deputy Care Manager, Trainer, Field Care Supervisor, Senior Care Co-ordinator, Practice Manager, NHS Patient Care Manager, Health Advisor and Administrator.
She is currently completing a Diploma / Higher Education @ Level 5 in Health & Social Care. She is a respectful member of our Team, who is always driven by high-quality performance, good leadership and the application of new concepts to ensure proficiency, enthusiasm and the development of a productive team.
