The weekly fee includes accomodation, food and normal personal care.

Residents' family are encouraged to keep a petty cash amount to meet their day to day expenses, outings, purchases, and such.
To enusre the safety and security of the residents, all visitors are expected to sign in the visitor's register at the entrance. Working professionals are required to show their valid ID proof upon request to verify the identity.
Families and friends of the residents have no restrictions on the visiting time. They are welcome to Morven House to spend time with their loved ones at any time that is convenient for both parties. However, it is adviced to visit the residents before their bed time.
Private parking space available.

The management is working extremely hard to ensure the renovation of Morven House, work has already started on the gardens and the inside of the property and there is a huge improvement, we also have a new maintenance team. We can assure you that all tables and chairs are not broken and are used daily by all our residents. Both televisions are also in working order. We would like to take the opportunity to ask that if you have concerns about any care staff please bring this to our attention immediately. We have a new manager who we appointed in May who has made significant improvements already.
